Yazidi Empowerment Mural - Iraq

Brief: The Client wanted to create a colorful mural representing the Yazidi community and culture at a Yazidi refugee camp in Dohuk, Iraq

The Yazidi community was involved in every aspect of the mural creation from the initial design collaboration to every part of the implementation of their mural. 150 people painted the entire 100 yard long mural together and after a few days had completely changed this public space into a lively and colorful wall representing their story.
